Geosciences play a crucial role in exploration, production, and monitoring of geothermal energy. Ongoing geothermal projects exploiting geoscience technologies for geothermal energy applications have posed many scientific questions that need answers from both academic and industrial perspectives.

Wild About Science "Teaching Through Change: Cultivating Curiosity and Stewardship in Utah’s Classrooms" The Utah Science Teaching Association is a group of educators with members ranging from elementary teachers to university professors and members of the science industry.  Their main goal is to foster science enthusiasm and education in the State of Utah.

Utah FORGE will attend the Stanford Geothermal Workshop, February 9–11, 2026. The event brings together researchers and engineers to share the latest geothermal reservoir studies, EGS progress, drilling innovations, and exploration techniques.

Utah FORGE will attend the 2026 Seismological Society of America (SSA) Annual Meeting in Pasadena, April 14–18. The conference features workshops, technical sessions, keynotes, and field seminars focused on advancing earthquake science.
